See-Mode applies AI to ultrasound imaging for vascular and thyroid pathology. As the company's first product hire, I established the product function and the processes behind it.

Redbubble is a global marketplace for independent artists. I made the case for native mobile as a strategic growth channel — and led it from zero.
I launched and scaled the app to 200K+ monthly active users and 4.5% of gross marketplace value, lifted the App Store rating from 3.7 to 4.5 stars, and shaped the company's broader investment in mobile.
Flippa is the entrepreneur's marketplace for buying and selling websites, domains and apps. I owned the domains channel, driving growth across both supply and demand.
I grew managed domain inventory 33%, launched Flippa's first domain parking product, and opened its expansion into mainland China.
Nitro makes document productivity powerful, affordable and available to all. Relocating to San Francisco, I helped move the product function from Melbourne — hiring, onboarding and mentoring the team.
I drove 45%+ year-on-year upgrade revenue across Nitro Pro 9 and 10, spanning OEM pre-installation, distribution and the shift from perpetual to subscription licensing.
